I hadn't been keeping the version of the online tools up to date here, because it was too tedious to upload changes whenever I made them, so I have put them up at http://jgabc.christian.net/. (I suddenly remembered yesterday that Christian.net, whom I used for e-mail before Gmail came around, also allows web hosting.) Anyway, this should work better for anyone who doesn't use Chrome and thus can't use the Chrome Web App version. These tools should work in Firefox, Safari, and Chrome, but not Internet Explorer.
UPDATE:
It does seem to work in Internet Explorer 9, which was released last night.
